Wipaire designed finlets are available for all Husky models equipped with Wipline 2100 floats. Compared to the old style ventral fin, the finlet installation reduces the potential for aircraft damage while docking. They also greatly improve cross-wind operations by being shadowed by the tail. The finlets eliminate the need for water rudder stops when in the retracted position, significantly reducing pedal forces during land and water operations.
