SOLD: 2015 Boss 182 Conversion
This Boss 182 has the highest HP conversion available for any 182. It is now certified on wheels, but delivered with all firewall forward seaplane modifications! Not just an engine swap, the firewall forward conversion, using the 580 engine with 315 HP, is a high torque engine used in Aerobatic applications. The Boss conversion includes an additional firewall beef up and heavy duty engine mount, thus allowing for a very smooth running machine when paired with Hartzell’s new composite Trailblazer 82” propeller (hardest pulling propeller available)! If it’s a small strip you need to get in and out of, and want all the modern amenities of the new 182 fuselage, this is the way to go! Avionics Suite has been updated to Garmin G500 Glass panel, active traffic, XM WX, SVT, EDM 930 glass engine monitor, G530W/G430W.
