New Products

What is covered on new products?

  • Wipaire manufactured parts for 12 months.
  • Paint when painted by Wipaire and properly cared for.

What is not covered on new products?

  • Any part not manufactured by Wipaire that has its own manufacturer’s warranty.
    • These parts are covered by their respective manufacturers. In most cases Wipaire will administer the warranty.
  • Normal wear items such as brake linings, tires, tubes, etc.
  • Shipping expense including duties, taxes and import fees of warranty items
  • Any losses or expenses because of a warrantable issue
  • Labor for troubleshooting and identification of a warrantable issue
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Corrosion

SPARE PARTS

What is covered on spare parts?

  • Wipaire manufactured parts for 90 days.

What is not covered on spare parts?

  • Any part not manufactured by Wipaire that has its own manufacturer’s warranty.
    • These parts are covered by their respective manufacturers. In most cases Wipaire will administer the warranty.

PAINT

What is covered on paint Services?

  • Paint adhesion for 12 months
  • Primer or Paint failure for 12 months

What is not covered on paint services?

  • Damage due to normal or abnormal operation
  • Top deck non-skid wear
  • Normal wear and tear

INTERIOR

What is covered on interior services?

  • Workmanship for 12 months
  • Component failure for 12 months

What is not covered on interior services?

  • Damage due to improper use
  • Component deterioration or failure from excessive heat
  • Damage from associated aircraft system leaks or aircraft system failures

MAINTENANCE

What is covered on maintenance services?

  • Workmanship for 90 days

What is not covered on maintenance services?

  • Failure of parts during inspection or removal
  • Any work that has been superseded by more recent work performed by anyone other than Wipaire.

AVIONICS

What is covered on avionics services?

  • Workmanship for 90 days for bench & repair work
  • Workmanship for 12 months for new installations

What is not covered on avionics services?

  • Failure of parts during inspection, removal, or repair
  • Any work that has been superseded by more recent work
  • Any damage associated with improper installation by anyone other than Wipaire.
